ESTABLISHED OVER 30 YEARS AGO, ST JAMES PASTRY HAS USED ITS EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE TO PRODUCE AND SUPPLY SUPERIOR PASTRY TO SUPERMARKETS, HOTELS, RESTAURANTS, WHOLESALERS, MANUFACTURERS, CATERERS AND BAKERS. 

This proud, British pastry company has developed a reputation for reliability and consistency.

As a family owned business, the family have invested a lot of time, particularly the business founder, an accomplished engineer by trade, who personally undertook the challenge to develop the bespoke machinery that has been customised by our own engineers to mimic the techniques of hand-made pastry. 

This process is unique to the point that even the flour being used is bespoke and milled to our own requirements. At St James Pastry we have the ability to tailor our secret recipe to include seeds, herbs, spices, colouring and flour combinations for manufacturers and can apply variances such as size, shape and thickness to our superior products.
